Vehicle Listing Description

Bo's General Lee is for Sale. This is 1 of 4 to be built and owned by Actor John R Schneider. This is #1 of the series of 4 General Lee Cars to be called "Bo's General Lee". This was John's Daily driver from 1995-1998. It has been in storage for the past 11 Years and is now available for sale to the Public. Car # 2 is owned by a celebrity of whom we are not allowed to comment, Car #3 is owned by Rock Star Kid Rock, Car #4 sold at Barrett Jackson in January 2008 for $450,000. This is Car is #1 of the series. All John Schneider Documents (old insurance/registration cards, with his name on it, etc..) transfer to new owner with the car.

Now, that we have established its Celebrity status, more about the car itself
Body: The body on this Charger is in Original, Unrestored condition. When John obtained this car, it was a Red 1968 Dodge Charger. He converted it to a 1969 "General Lee" . Therefore, it is actually a 1968 Charger by VIN as Most Dukes of Hazzard cars were. It has 15 inch Vector style wheels with radial tires.
Engine & Mechanical: This Charger was originally an "F" Code 318 car but has obtained some upgrades. It now has a 340 small block V-8. This car is an original power steering, and A/C car.
Interior: The interior is also original with typical wear. The interior I would say is driver quality. It has center console with floor shifter, original style padded roll bar for show as the originals.
This car is by no means being presented as a Show Quality Car. It is in good overall condition for its age. It is a ready to go driver with areas that would need attention to be brought back to its original glory. It has been left in the same condition as when John Schneider was driving it to maintain the nostalgicity of the Car!
